- **Associations & networks** (member rosters are the backbone): FONASBA national member lists, Multiport, MGI, WORMS, PAN, ISS network, GAC network, Inchcape network, ASBA (Americas), ITIC insureds
- **National port agent associations**: country-level bodies (e.g. ABAM Brazil, ANAVE Spain, BIMCO-linked national lists)
- **Port authority directories**: many ports publish licensed/registered agent lists — we'll crawl these per major port
- **Trade press & LinkedIn**: Lloyd's List, TradeWinds, Splash247, Seatrade for signals; LinkedIn for contacts and role changes
